Thank you very much for the professional job you did cleaning the ventilation system in our new home, We were told by our home builder that the ducts were cleaned before we took possession, however after removing the cold
air return covers to do some painting, we were shocked to find piles of dust, dirt and debris still in the vents.
We had used you in the past to clean our previous home and found you to be a very honest and ethical individual so we figured you would be the best person to clean the ducts in our new home.Once again you proved yourself to be everything that a reputable business person should be and we want to thank you for that.

I am writing to thank you for the outstanding job you did cleaning the duct work in the house we just purchased. You were on the job for a full 6 hours, cleaning what must have accumulated over years and years, with no surcharge for the long hours, and no attempt to up-sell. Many of our neighbours had chosen duct cleaning companies with the truck-mounted vacuums, and those trucks were never there for more than 3 hours -- in fact, many were gone after 2 hours, did an inferior job, and had charged more than you did for the cleaning! You are professional, ethical, and respectful -- even to the point of not wearing your outdoor shoes in our home! There is much more that I could say: about just how much dirt came out of our ducts, about the fact that you are actively involved in getting your industry regulated here in Ontario (which would benefit so many consumers), etc. I really wish more consumers would know about your company and the quality of your service. Your expertise in the field, your ethical approach, and your professionalism will result in the success you deserve.

It was a pleasure to have done business with you yesterday and I just wanted to say thank you once again for the extra advise you offered up in regard to my other concerns. As a new homeowner I am still very green when it comes to the complete workings of my home and I sure do appreciate you taking the time to help educate me on matters that were totally unrelated to Duct Cleaning.
I also want to commend you on the excellent job you did in cleaning the air ducts as well as the installation of our furnace humidifier. Even though you said it might take a couple of days before the humidity level reached it's optimum level, we noticed a vast improvement overnight and it was nice to wake up without a dry nose and throat.
I have taken the liberty to post your company's name on our internal bulletin board at work as I feel it is the least I can do to show my appreciation.
